Growing up through the ranks, as Mike’s Army father would say, gave him the best education of how to run a successful business. He’s worked almost every aspect of our business model over the past 30 years and, as Director of Operations, continues his educational career but now as a leader and a mentor. His philosophy that every job has the opportunity to be unique has become a bridge between the architectural and engineering designs of our projects, fitting the pieces together to come up with different and creative solutions. He loves a complex challenge and gets excited about innovation to help solve it. Speaking of challenges, Mike trains two to three days a week with his Karate instructor when he isn’t training for a marathon. He has in two words, an ‘indomitable spirit’.
